Presenting an international menu inspired by the travels of legendary explorer Marco Polo, guests are totally enraptured as they marvel at the 58mm-tall chef’s clumsy and comedic attempts at preparing a five-course meal. Delivered using awe-inspiring special effects and state-of-the-art 3D mapping, this powerful and intimate experience is designed to capture the imaginations of all ages.
Starting in France, the expedition begins with fresh and colorful starters such as codfish brandade and wild mushroom soup before moving to the bustling streets of Morocco to sample aromatic palette pleasers like lamb shank and vegetable tagine.
Taking a jaunt to India, diners are invited to sample beautifully spiced delicacies such as tandoori chicken and warm lobster salad before stopping off in China for steamed line-caught sea bass and steamed vegetables with soy and rice, and more tempting options. Concluding the fabulous affair by returning to France for the grand finale, the mesmerising spectacle ends with a sumptuous serving of delicate saffron crème brûlée.
